… Books to be purchased for MCC Press Kft.: ‘Printing of books with ISBN numbers’ 2. Books to be purchased for the MCC Foundation: ‘Printing of books and other publications’ Estimated order size of the total quantity to be ordered by the contracting authority during the period of operation of the DBR (31 December 2026): in category 1, 40 books with a net value of HUF 65,000,000,- , in category 2, 20 books and publications with a net value of HUF 20,000,000,- (Total, in the two categories, during the existence of the DBR, budget: HUF 85 000 000 net). At the same time, the contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the procedure does not give rise to a call-up obligation for the contracting authority, as a result of which it does not undertake to carry out procurements at the indicated value, and the actual value of the procurements carried out in the bidding stages may exceed the estimated quantity. Purchase of the highest amount to be ordered at the same time: HUF 8 000 000 net in category 1 and HUF 2 000 000 net in category 2. The contracting authority is expected (but not obliged) to order at least one book or other publication corresponding to the following: in category 1: - the printing of at least 1 book, consisting of 1+1 books printed on colour, offset or volumetric paper, hardcover, threaded, with an ISBN of more than 300 pages; - printing of at least 1 book, consisting of 1+1 books printed on colour, offset or volumetric paper, cardboarded with tabs, glue-bonded, with an ISBN of more than 200 pages, in category 2: 1 publication (book or other publication) printed on art paper, 4+4 colours, cardboard or hardcover, glued or threaded, with a minimum length of more than 100 pages. The service also includes the packaging of books and publications. The service also includes tasks related to the delivery of books and publications to the Customer. Typically, the books of the contracting authority are 100-600 pages, 500-2000 copies of single-colour, two-colour or four-colour. The exact name and parameters of the products that can be called up during the individual order, as well as the number of copies per order, will be published in detail by the Contracting Authority at the bidding stage in the future. The quantity was determined by the contracting authority for indicative purposes for the product categories defined under the DBR in order to explain the volume of procurement to the economic operators. The quantity(s) actually procured will be determined in the procurement procedure(s) in the second phase of the DBR.
