Establishment of a dynamic purchasing system, the subject of which is “Procurement of furniture under a dynamic purchasing system for the University of Szeged” for a period of 60 months. … contracting authority shall make the most relevant contractual terms and conditions applicable to each tendering stage available during this participatory stage. The estimated value of the purchases concerned by the DBR, i.e. the estimated quantity of DBR, is planned to be HUF 407 070 740 net for the entire 48-month period of DBR. The estimated quantity/value set out in the DBR was determined for information purposes, on the basis of the experience of previous years, from which the contracting authority adopted the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Section 107(2), DBR may deviate during its term in accordance with its specific procurement needs. Product categories as defined in the DBR and their characteristics: 1. Office furniture: Office Desks, Office Cabinets, Storage Furniture, Office Seats, Other Furniture for Office Use Not Listed 2. Educational furniture: Student tables, Student seating, Wall boards, board systems, other furniture for educational use not listed 3. Lab Furniture: Laboratory work tables, Laboratory sink (“Water block”), Laboratory cabinets, Laboratory seating, other furniture for laboratory use not listed 4. Sanitary furniture: Cloakroom lockers, Nurse desks, Nurse counters, other furniture for medical use not listed 5. It means a category within the meaning of Section 106(4). The procurement includes for categories 1 to 5: the procurement of furniture classified in product categories, and, where appropriate, the performance of ancillary tasks related to the procurement (transport, material handling, other tasks related to the procurement that will be precisely defined at the tender stage), as set out in detail in the technical specifications to be defined at the tender stage. During the bidding phase, the tenderer is obliged to offer the contracting authority new/unused products suitable for their intended use. The contracting authority does not offer the possibility to offer second-hand (or even refurbished) products. The procurement includes for categories 6-7: Acquisition/ordering of furniture transformation, repair and installation services related to furniture already owned by the contracting authority, where applicable, performing ancillary tasks related to the procurement (transport, material handling, other tasks related to the procurement that will be precisely defined at the tender stage) as detailed in the technical specifications to be defined at the tender stage. Contracting authority is the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Section 107(2), it maintains the possibility that, during the implementation of the DBR, at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent, depending on the subject-matter and nature of the specific public procurements, partial tendering options may be specified in the invitation to tender for the specific procurement need contained therein.
