… procedure, the contracting authority understands construction aids as materials and/or tools that are not construction materials and are typically used for the performance of construction activities. Main characteristics of the building materials and building aids to be procured by the contracting authority in the second phase of the DBR: 1. Materials for building engineering 2. Painting materials, Construction and assembly materials 3. Electrical installation materials The expected maximum volume of individual contracts to be performed at the same time reaches and/or exceeds HUF 114,000,000 net. With a view to ensuring partial bidding in the second phase, the value of the highest individual contract is expected to exceed HUF 42 500 000 net. During the bidding phase, the contracting authority may implement each procedure either by providing one or more lots. The contracting authority draws the attention of economic operators to the fact that, in the second bidding stage of the procedure, a framework sales contract may be concluded (in terms of budget amount) or a sales contract may be concluded for a range of specific goods determined according to precise quantitative data. In the specific calls for tenders sent under the DBR, the contracting authority is entitled to stipulate a quantity (amount) option for a specific volume of the specific sales contract(s) or for the conclusion of a sales framework contract(s) and to commit to drawdown only for a specific part of the framework contract amount. The contracting authority shall also be entitled to stipulate a temporal option for the duration of the contract. Detailed terms and conditions in the General Terms and Conditions forming part of the procurement documents (hereinafter: GTC). The contracting authority shall inform the economic operators that in accordance with Article 321/2015. Pursuant to Section 46(3) of the Government Decree, where reference is made to a product of a specific make or origin or to a specific process characterising the products or services provided by a given economic operator, or to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type or a specific origin or production process, the term ‘or equivalent’ shall be understood in addition to the reference.
