… invitation for a specific contract will be issued until all applications have been considered. Tenders will be ranked by a program that will be accessible and free of charge to all applicants. Unrestricted, full and direct access to the procurement documents is ensured throughout the lifetime of the DPS. The DPS will operate within three years, namely within three years, the contracting authority may invite admitted candidates to collect tenders for the supply of medical devices included in or outside the originally planned spectrum.
