… submitted after the deadline for initial applications, in which case applicants will receive invitations after their inclusion in the DPS has been approved. Tenders will be ranked by a program that will be accessible and free of charge to all applicants. Unrestricted, full and direct access to the procurement documents is ensured throughout the lifetime of the DPS. The DPS will operate within three years, namely within three years the contracting authority may issue invitations to the admitted candidates to collect offers for subscription servicing of medical devices included in the initially planned spectrum or outside it. The contracts will be valid for 24 months from its entry into force, which may be extended by a further 12 months. The nature of the after-sales services to be carried out includes the carrying out of all emergency and ongoing repairs, if necessary, of the specialized equipment, as well as the replacement of parts, if necessary. Offers will be ranked /by any nomenclature/ on the basis of unit price for maintenance of 1 apparatus for 1 hour in BGN without VAT.
