Medicinal products are on both the Positive Drug List (PDL) and non-PDL. In the initial ‘Specification of medicinal products’ attached to the documentation, the necessary medicinal products and their quantities are indicated in accordance with the assessment of the contracting authority at the time of setting up the DPS. These quantities are estimated and do not oblige the Contracting Authority to assign them in full. The specification may be modified in the course of the DPS, including the addition of new medicinal products and/or the modification of the quantities of medicinal products.
