This dynamic purchasing system concerns the supply of medical devices to the Sofia Emergency Medical Care Centre (Sofia IMC). The current DPS is valid for 36 (thirty-six) months. The estimated value is BGN 1 100 000 (one million and one hundred thousand) excluding VAT. The dynamic purchasing system shall be open throughout the period of validity to any candidate who fulfils the selection criteria. … estimated in view of the intended needs of the contracting authority. The contracting authority is not bound by the quantities indicated, but will order in view of its specific needs during the contract – the estimated quantities may be exceeded or a smaller number may be ordered. The forms/cuts and articles are indicated in view of the actual activity of the medical staff at the Sofia Medical Center and the packing of the medical bags. The originally planned "Technical Specification" may be partially changed during the operation of the dynamic system or within the framework of the award of a specific contract under it, by adding new medical devices and/or changing their quantities, as well as by changing the requirements for them. This can also be done with the documents for each specific public contract awarded under the DPS. The actual performance of the contract will be determined on the basis of the medical devices actually delivered, within the limits of the financial resource.
