… the administration and management of individual individual lots in CAIS EOP, led to a practical difficulty for the University Hospital “Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich” JSC to use individual lots for public procurement for large volumes and different types of deliveries. The subject-matter of the contracts is divided into nomenclature lines and sub-nomenclature lines, and participants may participate and be selected as contractors for one or more of the nomenclature lines of the subject-matter of the contract. Thus, although there is no division into separate lots, in practice there is a similar possibility for a wide range of interested parties to participate in the procedure. Technical specification: The nature and estimated quantity of the supplies are described by the subjects and the technical specifications of the public procurements with the same subject, awarded by the University Hospital “Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich” JSC in the period 2022 – 2024.
