The subject matter of this contract includes the performance of the following activities: Subscription post-warranty maintenance and repair of medical equipment, equipment, facilities, according to the attached technical specification. The nature of the subscription service to be performed includes maintenance and all emergency and ongoing repairs, as well as replacement of parts if necessary. … partially modified and new apparatus/equipment/facility may be added in the course of the dynamic system. Apparatus (nomenclatures), which at the time of conclusion of the contract, have warranty service, no monthly subscription fee is due. For these devices, the contracting authority owes the contractor a monthly subscription fee from the respective day following the expiry of the warranty service period of the respective device, according to the dates specified in the technical specification to the concluded contract (where applicable). The technical specification explicitly specifies groups with nomenclatures for which complex bidding is required (in full) in view of their technological connection and the complex nature of the service, aiming at compatibility between them, service efficiency, timeliness and not slowing down the operating cycle with the equipment. The deadline for the execution of the order is 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
