The dynamic purchasing system is created for the supply of medical consumables / devices for the needs of the Hospital "Sv. Ivan Rilski Gorna Oryahovitsa Ltd. The initial ‘Technical Specification of Medical Consumables’, annexed to the documentation, indicates the necessary consumables/articles and their quantities according to the contracting authority’s assessment at the time of the creation of the DPS. These quantities are estimated and do not oblige the Employer to assign them in full. The specification may be changed in the course of the DPS, including adding new ones, removing existing consumables/articles and/or changing their estimated quantities. The duration of this DPS is 36 months. The dynamic purchasing system shall be open throughout its duration to any candidate who fulfils the selection criteria. Access to and participation in it shall be free of charge for all interested parties. The deadline for submitting initial applications for inclusion in the DPS is 23:59 on 09.09.2025.
