… Hospital “Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich” JSC to use individual lots for public procurement for large volumes and different types of deliveries. The subject-matter of the contracts is divided into nomenclature lines, and the participants may participate and be selected as contractors for one or more of the nomenclature lines of the subject-matter of the contract. Thus, although there is no division into separate lots, in practice there is a similar possibility for a wide range of interested parties to participate in the procedure. Technical specification: The nature and estimated quantity of the supplies are described by the subjects and the technical specifications of the public procurements with the same subject, awarded by the University Hospital “Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich” JSC in the period 2022 – 2024. Duration of the dynamic purchasing system: The term of the DPS is 36 /thirty-six/ months. The dynamic purchasing system shall be open throughout its duration to any candidate who fulfils the selection criteria. Access to and participation in it shall be free of charge for all interested parties. The term of the contracts concluded on the basis of the limited orders within the DPS is for a period of 24 /twenty-four/ months. 5. Place of performance of the contract: All medical devices are delivered free of charge to the Hospital Pharmacy of UMHAT “PROF. D-R STOYAN KIRKOVICH” AD, at 2 General Stoletov Str., Stara Zagora. 6. Estimated value: The estimated value of the dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is BGN 3,500,000 excluding VAT. The specific values of the individual contracts concluded during the period of validity of the Dynamic Purchasing System will be determined within the framework of the specific contracts. The value of the individual contracts concluded within the framework of the Dynamic Purchasing System will include all costs related to the qualitative and temporal performance of the specific order, including but not limited to the value of the delivery. The documents related to the participation in the public procurement, as well as the exchange of documents and messages between the Contracting Authority, candidates, participants and contractors of public procurement shall be carried out through CAIS EOP. 7. General provisions of the DPS: The dynamic purchasing system shall be open throughout its duration to any candidate who fulfils the selection criteria. Access to and participation in it shall be free of charge for all interested parties. All candidates who meet the selection criteria are included in the DPS.
