The current dynamic purchasing system concerns the supply of medicinal products to the Plovdiv Emergency Medical Centre (EMC-Plovdiv). The duration of this DPS is 36 (thirty-six) months. The estimated value is BGN 450 000, EUR 230 081.35 excluding VAT. The dynamic purchasing system shall be open throughout the period of validity to any candidate who fulfils the selection criteria. … framework, on the other hand, the normative act or its implementing acts shall apply. All candidates who meet the selection criteria are included in the DPS. The contracting authority is not entitled to limit the number of candidates in it. The public procurement covers supplies of medicinal products (listed by nomenclatures, cut, and quantity according to the technical specification of the documentation) necessary for the work of the CMC – Plovdiv and will be performed by periodic deliveries, at the request of the Contracting Authority. The subject of the DPS are also medicinal products that could also be awarded under Decree No 146 of 9 June 2015 establishing a Central Purchasing Body in the health sector. CSMP-Plovdiv will be supplied under this DPS only if no contract has been concluded on the basis of the Decree. The indicated quantities of medicinal products according to the Technical Specification are estimated and do not give rise to obligations for the Client to purchase them in the estimated volume. The actual performance of the public procurement will be determined on the basis of the medicinal products actually delivered, within the limits of the financial resource.
