… technical specification and the estimated quantities may be changed when awarding each specific procurement, within the established DPS, depending on the specific needs of the Contracting Authority, by adding new whales, environments, diagnostics and consumables or changing the estimated quantities. The period for which a DPS is established is 48 (forty-eight) months.
