When assessing the most suitable service provider from among all those approved as service providers, the service provider's sufficient special expertise required on a case-by-case basis is first taken into account, and then the service provider's service availability and pricing are taken into account. Competitions within the dynamic supplier register will focus on services that meet the needs of specialists or doctors in these areas of responsibility. The internal tendering procedures concern, for example, paediatric psychiatry medical services, juvenile psychiatry medical services, substance abuse medical services, adult psychiatry specialist services and paediatric psychiatry specialist services, juvenile psychiatry specialist services. The supplier register is valid until further notice. The selection of a customer-specific service provider is always made according to the customer's needs. If necessary, a service provider may also be selected on a treatment-based basis as a direct procurement from outside this procurement. The operating principles of the dynamic supplier register are described in this request for participation and its Annex 1.
