… developing the employee and the way the work is done. It is based on guided learning by structuring one's own experiences, thoughts and feelings. This happens in interaction with the supervisor and the supervisors. Work guidance requires the ability and willingness to engage to examine one's own working methods and one's own work-related experiences, thoughts and feelings. Work guidance is usually a long-term process (typically one to two years, every three to five weeks) where longevity allows for interactive and experiential work. Work guidance supports the renewal of the organisation and the development of operations by clarifying tasks and roles in the work community. Work supervision promotes the quality of work and results by modifying professional attitudes and actions guided by the feedback received from the work. Participation in work guidance enables the development of oneself and one's work. It also promotes the experience of well-being at work. The procurement is provisionally divided into five (5) service products. Work counselling takes place either in two sessions with the supervisor (individual work counselling), in a professional group (group work counselling) or in a multi-professional working group (work community work counselling). In addition, it is also possible to arrange work guidance for managers and supervisors. If necessary, brief situational work supervision is possible up to 5 times (consultancy and situational work supervision). The client of the service and the supervisor agree on the delivery of the service as local and remote work on a case-by-case basis according to the needs of the client of the service. As a rule, at least the start and end of job guidance is produced as local work. PROCEDURE This is an electronic procurement procedure (so-called dynamic procedure, DPS) intended for procurements under Chapter 12 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016). You can apply for the procurement procedure by submitting a request to participate on the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal. All tenderers fulfilling the eligibility and minimum requirements of the request to participate will be selected for the procedure. Within the DPS, the subscriber publishes invitations to tender for which only a service provider approved for DPS may submit a tender. More information on the procurement procedure can be found in the Annex "Description of the procurement procedure".
