After the start-up phase, the invitations to tender are sent to Tenderer = Candidate admitted to the procurement system who submits a tender by responding to the DPS internal invitation to tender Supplier, Service Provider = Tenderer selected through the DPS internal tendering procedure, with whom the contract for the provision of the service is concluded PRELIMINARY TIMLE OF THE PROCEDURE: Contracting entity: - reserve an estimated 10 working days for the processing of requests to participate received by 12:00 on 15 April 2024 during the establishment phase of the DPS. For example, if the transmission of extracts from the criminal record is delayed for reasons beyond the candidate's control, the time taken to process the request to participate will be calculated from the date on which the contracting entity received the requested documents. PARTICIPATION REQUEST QUESTIONS Candidates have the opportunity to ask questions related to the request to participate on the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal throughout the validity of the DPS. However, during the establishment phase of the DPS, the questions are requested by 8 April 2024 to be answered during the establishment phase. Questions must be asked in Finnish.
