What the buyer is looking for
The target of procurement in category 1 is the treatment rings for patients with respiratory paralysis. Respiratory paralysis refers to a situation in which the patient's breathing depends entirely or almost entirely on respiratory equipment treatment. The patient's breathing depends on life-sustaining breathing apparatus treatment. Respiratory therapy is carried out through the trachea rim (trakeostomy) and the cannula. A respiratory paralysis patient is also a patient in the hospital while being treated at home, and the hospital is responsible for arranging the patient's treatment. … with section 22 of the client fee regulation. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the call for tenders for each service provider register and its annexes. · The target of procurement in category 2 is the treatment rings for patients with respiratory insufficiency. Respiratory failure means that the lungs cannot take enough oxygen or ventilate carbon dioxide out of the body. Respiratory insufficiency patients require breathing-supportive treatment, which can be carried out, for example, through the trachea rim (trakeostomy). The treatment of patients with respiratory insufficiency is carried out in accordance with healthcare legislation and the patient-specific assessment of the need for treatment and treatment plan at the patient's home. Treatment may take the form of, for example, 24-hour treatment or morning and/or night care. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the call for tenders for each service provider register and its annexes. · Obtained in category 3 are other care rings. Other treatment rings are implemented in accordance with social welfare or health care legislation, as well as the patient-specific assessment of the need for treatment and the treatment plan. The need is based on a social welfare or health care customer relationship. Patients with other treatment lines have a non-respiratory health condition (e.g. difficult to treat epilepsy) that requires the patient to be provided with a treatment line service. The treatment rings are carried out at the patient's home and the patients are, as a rule, minor children. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the call for tenders for each service provider register and its annexes. · The contracting entity may establish this category at a later date during the period of validity of the service provider register. You cannot yet submit a request to participate in this category.
