… service provider register. Thereafter, the service provider shall submit a tender by responding to the contracting entity's invitation to tender. Submitting a request to participate does not oblige the service provider to submit a tender, but the service providers may submit tenders at their discretion. The service provider register is divided into categories. Tenders may be submitted in the tender or in the categories for which the service provider has applied and been accepted. The Service Provider Register is valid for eight (8) years from its establishment, during which time internal calls for tenders are made in the Service Provider Register. The subscriber may extend the validity of the service provider register with a new contract notice. The subject matter and terms and conditions of the Service Provider Register are described in more detail in the annex to the request to participate The principles of the Service Provider Register. · Support services refer to services that create and maintain conditions in a person's home that enable them to perform everyday activities as independently as possible, as well as services that enable a person to access well-being content in their life. Depending on the individual's needs, support services may include catering, clothing maintenance services, cleaning services, e-services and services that promote or support inclusion and social interaction. · Home care refers to a service that ensures that a person performs activities that are part of everyday life in their home and living environment. In accordance with the client's decision, home care includes treatment and care according to the client's individual needs, activities that promote and maintain functional capacity and interaction, other activities that support the person's performance, and home nursing referred to in section 25 of the Health Care Act. Home care can be arranged according to the person's needs regardless of the time of day. · Collaborative living refers to living in an accessible and safe housing unit organised by the wellbeing services county, where the person is in control of an apartment that meets his or her needs and where social interaction activities are available to the residents. The customer can be provided with home care and care for communal housing, other services according to need and support services. · 24/7 sheltered housing is intended for elderly persons in need of 24-hour care and care. Round-the-clock service housing includes care and care independent of the person's individual needs, activities that maintain and promote functional capacity, meals, clothing care, cleaning, and activities that promote inclusion and social interaction. In addition, the service includes medical rehabilitation and other health care services according to the client's needs. · The contracting entity may establish this category at a later date during the period of validity of the service provider register. You cannot yet submit a request to participate in this category.
