As agreed, the fulfilment of the customer's individual goals is reported to the customer's contact person. In its reporting, the service provider uses a metric/tool (Kykyviisari or other separately agreed metric) for the mapping and reporting of work and functional capacity. The service requirements are described in the service description (level 3) · The service consists of work activities arranged for the customer as specified later. As agreed, the fulfilment of the customer's individual goals is reported to the customer's contact person.
