A professional family home provides family care provided on the basis of the authorisation referred to in Paragraph 7 of the Law on private social services in a professional family home. The following laws apply to family care under Section 56 of the Child Welfare Act (417/2007): the Family Care Act (263/2015) and amendments to the Family Care Act 510/2016. Children placed in professional family care (customers) live with family carers. Permitted family care can be either a short-term assessment of the child's situation, or it can be long-term and rehabilitative. Children under school age living in the same household and other persons requiring special care are included in the maximum amount. A more detailed description of the content of the service, see Annex "Description of service_professional_family home" to the invitation to tender. · Basic round-the-clock institutional care refers to the foster care of a child in a child welfare institution in accordance with section 57 of the Child Welfare Act and institutional care in accordance with section 37 as an outpatient care support measure. 24-hour institutional care must comply with the Child Welfare Act 417/2017 and the Private Social Services Act 922/2011. In addition to the basic level, the specialised institutional care unit has specific competences (specific competences will be described later in the request for participation and its annexes). Special skills must be indicated in the request to participate). In the unit, children are taken care of by trained staff who work shifts. Institutional care can be either a short-term assessment of the child's situation or longer-term and rehabilitative. Customers include children with particularly challenging symptoms, such as violence, crime symptoms or substance addiction. In the unit, children are taken care of by trained staff who work shifts. Institutional care can be either a short-term assessment of the child's situation or longer-term and rehabilitative. The foster care place must meet the child's demanding needs for support and care, which have justified the placement. A service-providing entity is a complex service-providing entity. A maximum of 7 persons can be treated at the same time in a complex institutional care unit. The institutional care unit may also provide periods of special care.
