The tenderer must frontload the necessary attachments so that, for example, the extracts from the procurement procedure are ready when the procurement services request them to be provided. Applications received during the start-up phase will be processed without delay and if the requested documents have not been submitted to the procurement services by 31 January 2024, the procurement services will reject the application sent during the start-up phase. If the procurement services reject the application, the service provider may, as soon as it receives the requested documents, re-submit the application and, after it has been approved, be included in the following mini-competitions published in accordance with the procurement system. - endeavour to send the first calls for tenders within the DPS as soon as possible after the requests to participate have been processed. The aim is to publish the first internal tendering of the procurement system to approved suppliers on 15 February 2025. PARTICIPATION REQUEST QUESTIONS Candidates have the opportunity to ask questions related to the request to participate on the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal throughout the validity of the DPS. However, during the establishment phase of the DPS, the questions are invited to be submitted by 20 January 2025, so that they can be answered during the establishment phase. Questions must be asked in Finnish. Procurement Services strives to answer questions as soon as possible after their arrival on the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal. Questions will be treated anonymously, no information about the name of the questioner or any other information about the questioner will be provided in connection with the questions and answers. The candidate must take into account the answers given by the procurement service when submitting the request to participate.
