Machines are purchased, rented or leased, and the ownership model is described at the tendering stage. In intra-DPS competitive bidding, the selection of the supplier takes place in the context of internal competitive bidding, where a contract is concluded with the selected supplier. Contracts resulting from internal competitive tendering may remain in force beyond the end date of the notified DPS.
