… member of the procurement ring conducts its own tendering according to its own needs and, as a rule, on a local basis. All candidates satisfying the suitability requirements may join the dynamic purchasing system for its entire duration and all candidates admitted to the system may submit tenders. Registration in the system is not binding, but is a prerequisite for participating in calls for tenders. The suitability conditions set out in the procurement documents must be fulfilled throughout the procurement period. The products and supplies to be procured shall be further defined in each DPS internal tendering procedure. The duration of the DPS shall be 48 months.
