Change security training supports the rapid re-employment of persons aged 55 or over who have been laid off from their work on a productive or financial basis by improving their professional skills or entrepreneurial abilities. Change security training is regulated in Chapter 5a of the Act on Public Employment and Business Service (916/2012). The Small Contracts Register may be used to procure services directly from an operator admitted to the Register or by competitive tendering in a fast-track procedure, either in a restricted procedure or from all tenderers admitted to the Register Candidates interested in the procurement are invited to submit a request to participate on the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal in accordance with this request to participate and its annexes. This new procurement notice will be published due to a technical error. The previous notice was opened on 11 March 2025 and tenderers who have received an approval decision (§49/2025, submitted on 16 April 2025) do not need to submit a new notice of participation
