What the buyer is looking for
The object of the procurement is work guidance services for the personnel of the wellbeing services county (coaching aimed at personal development). A supplier register will be established and will be valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2029. A more detailed description of the procedure can be found in Annex 01a. The Satakunta wellbeing services county primarily uses its own trained supervisors. However, work guidance is also procured as an external service in accordance with the terms and conditions of this procurement system to complement the Customer's needs in situations where suitable internal supervisors are not available.
