This is an electronic procurement procedure, such as a dynamic procurement procedure in accordance with section 49 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016), which consists of two stages: 1st stage of participation and 2nd stage of internal tendering. … These studies may include, for example: * Diabetic retinopathy screening studies * Magnetic examinations * Breast cancer screening and clinical mammography studies * Mobile magnetic resonance imaging service (magnetic truck) * On-call ultrasound examinations * Limited unipolygraphy examinations Medical imaging and research services may also include the production of statements related to imaging and examinations. According to preliminary plans, at least screening examinations for diabetic retinopathy, magnetic examinations, breast cancer screening and clinical mammography examinations will be tendered out for healthcare imaging and research services to be tendered out within the procurement system during autumn 2025. Market participants may apply for participation in the procurement system throughout the duration of the procedure by submitting a request to participate which is accepted or rejected by the contracting entity. Only candidates admitted to the procedure may submit a tender for internal calls for tender published in the procurement system. Admission to a procurement procedure shall not entail any obligation on the part of the candidate to submit a tender for internal calls for tenders within the procurement system during the duration of the procedure. The procurement procedure and the preliminary publication schedule for services to be tendered internally in autumn 2025 are described in more detail in Appendix 1. "Description of the procurement procedure". The services to be procured shall be defined in the internal calls for tenders of the procurement system.
