… The amount is a preliminary estimate, which may change significantly as the need for competitive tendering and the grouping of products becomes clearer later. At the time of publication of the request to participate, the Helsinki Metropolitan Area Urban Transport Ltd estimates the total value of the entire duration of the dynamic purchasing system to be approximately EUR 4 million, taking into account all possible purchases made in the system. The estimate is preliminary and based on previous purchase history. Helsinki Metropolitan Area Urban Transport Ltd does not commit to any purchase volumes or quantity purchase obligations with this notice. Helsinki Metropolitan Area Urban Transport Ltd reserves the right to organise competitive tendering for the rounding of urban rail vehicles outside this dynamic purchasing system, if necessary. It is possible to use electronic auctions for internal tendering. Urban rail wheels DPS DPS shall be valid until 30 December 2031, unless shortened or extended by a separate notice. Requests to participate in the dynamic purchasing system may be submitted for the entire duration of the system. It shall remain valid until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is suspended or modified during the period of validity of the dynamic purchasing system. The procuring entity reserves the right, if necessary, to temporarily close the DPS. The actual procurement shall be carried out by means of internal competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system, which shall describe and specify the subject matter of the procurement. A separate contract shall be concluded for each internal tendering procedure. The contract period is defined in internal tendering separately on a case-by-case basis. You can apply to participate in a dynamic purchasing system if you meet the suitability requirements indicated in the ESPD form and in the Criteria for the subject of the contract. It shall include all candidates who meet the suitability requirements. The DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its annexes.
