Of the above, 9 are production kitchens for which both cooking products and ready-to-eat dishes are purchased. Approximately 170 of the kitchens are service kitchens, for which I only buy ready-made food and cold cuts. The customer shall update the site listing in accordance with Annex 6, if necessary, during the duration of the dynamic purchasing system in order to reflect the current situation. In procurements made through the DPS, deliveries are mainly scheduled for January-June and August-December. Some kitchens, so-called on-call areas, may be in operation all year round. The total estimated value of the contracts envisaged for the duration of the DPS is EUR 36 400 000. The modus operandi, the number, the location, the number of meals and the quantities of products used may change during the DPS. · The products included in category 1 of the DSA are meat, meat products or piece-like meat, fish and vegetarian food products used in the preparation of food. Products can be hybrid products that contain more than one source of protein. Products can be fresh or frozen, ripe, raw or semi-finished. The customer purchases meat, meat products and ready-to-eat food worth approximately EUR 3 million annually. Espoo Catering Oy does not commit to certain procurement volumes during the duration of the dynamic purchasing system. · The products included in category 2 of the DSA are fish and vegetable protein raw materials and pieces of fish and vegetarian food products used in the manufacture of food. Products can be fresh or frozen, ripe, raw or semi-finished. The customer acquires annually: Frozen and/or fresh fish worth approximately EUR 1.2 million Vegetable protein products worth approximately EUR 1.0 million.
