… Experimentation Services, the purpose of which is to test new innovations and services resulting from assignments or other collaborations in practice. Continuous development and management, the purpose of which is to implement new or redesigned services, systems or functions resulting from assignments in such a way that the implementation includes their continuous development as part of service production or other activities of the client. For more details, see Annex ‘TKIO DPS Principles’. · In Class 2, the development of service systems is an expert service whose purpose is the development of services, service processes, service networks and service systems. The development of service systems involves collecting information and analysing the current state and needs and the effectiveness of services. The information is used in development activities. The development of service systems may include the production of various methods and tools for the customer's needs to support the implementation of changes. The service may include the implementation of stakeholder participation, for example through service design or similar means. The development of service systems may also include a preparatory service aimed at supporting the client in development activities and the consolidation of results.
