… provided are not labour market training. Coaching services are organised in the Jyväskylä-Muurami employment area as local implementations. A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will be set up for the coaching services to be put out to tender. The DPS is a two-stage system. In the first phase, i.e. the start-up phase, candidates register for the scheme and their suitability is checked. All candidates who meet the eligibility and minimum requirements will be selected to form a DPS system. In the second stage, i.e. the tender stage, candidates may submit their tenders in response to published invitations to tender. If necessary, the subscriber may close the DPS system before its estimated end date. The customer may also extend the validity of the procurement system by means of a separate notice. The total estimated value of the procurement (excluding VAT) is €190 000. However, the final total value of the procurement is determined in accordance with the follow-up project funding granted to the client and the order needs, which is why the client reserves the right not to procure coaching services for the estimated total value. The procuring entity does not undertake any purchase quantities or tie-in obligations with this notice. The total estimated value is below the national threshold defined in the Act on Public Procurement and Concessions (1397/2016, Annex E).
