Intra-system tendering is carried out as entities according to the needs of the Contracting Entity. Procurement shall be carried out within the dynamic purchasing system by means of separate calls for tenders. … to become a supplier for the entire duration of the system, unless the DPS is temporarily closed. A procuring entity may temporarily close a dynamic purchasing system at any time during the duration of the dynamic purchasing system. When the DPS is closed, individual purchases cannot be made within the DPS. The contracting entity shall admit to the dynamic purchasing system all candidates who meet the suitability requirements. The contracting entity shall take a decision on the admission of a candidate to the system within 10 working days of receipt of the request to participate in the dynamic purchasing system or, if the request is received when the system is closed, of the reopening of the system. A procuring entity may extend the time limit to 15 working days in individual cases if the approval assessment has to consider additional documents or otherwise verify the fulfilment of suitability requirements, or for any other justified reason. Applying for the system does not mean participating directly in the tendered procurements, but the tenderer must, after approval, submit a tender separately for the tendering procedures to be opened. Contract-specific requirements, descriptions and other documents are available for operators admitted to the dynamic system at the time of opening the tendering procedure. · This category includes the following design services: • architectural services • landscape design • interior design and furniture design • other spatial design (e.g. service design for premises, placemaking) The above services are examples of possible design services that the Contracting Entity may tender for in the internal tendering process of DPS. Internal competitive tendering in accordance with the DPS may also include design services other than those mentioned above and/or the Contracting Entity may procure several different design services with the same competitive tendering, if this is appropriate considering the subject matter of the procurement. · This category includes the following design services: • structural design • fire design • HVAC design • electrical design The services presented above are examples of possible design services that the Contracting Entity may tender in the internal tendering process of DPS.
