The new premises are to be implemented as joint rental projects (Build to Suit) so that the real estate investor to be tendered will finance and contract the building and then rent it to Lapha. The main users of the premises are the special groups of the wellbeing services county of Lapland, such as the elderly and people with disabilities. The project agreement to be drawn up would cover the whole of the rental projects of social and healthcare housing units as follows: * design and implementation of the property on the land designated by the tenant and in accordance with the design instructions and boundary conditions provided by the user, including planning control in cooperation with the tenant * all project construction tasks and tendering * construction and financing of the project * acquisition of permits and contracts required for construction (building permit, water and electricity connections, etc.) * renting of the building for use by the Lapland wellbeing services county within the agreed rental period
