New innovations If necessary, the contracting entity has the right to acquire tools outside the dynamic purchasing system, for example on the basis of separate tenders, direct procurements or existing contracts, within the framework of the Act on Public Contracts. A dynamic purchasing system shall be valid until 31 January 2032, unless it is shortened or extended by means of a separate notice. It is possible to use electronic auctions for internal tendering. · In this category, ECG electrodes are put out to tender for use by Pohte and various units in the YTA area. · In this category, the electrodes used in neurophysiological studies are put out to tender for use by Pohte and different units in the U.S.A. area. · In this category, universal electrodes other than those used in ECG or neurophysiological studies are put out to tender for use by different units in the Pohte and the U.S.A. area.
