Where necessary, the contracting entity shall also be entitled to procure services outside the dynamic purchasing system, for example on the basis of separate competitive tenders, direct awards or existing contracts. The DPS shall be valid until 31 January 2036, unless it is shortened or extended by means of a separate notice. It is possible to use electronic auctions for internal tendering.
