What the buyer is looking for

The wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia (Pohde) will set up a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to procure the goods described in this request for participation and its annexes for the needs of Pohde and its YTA area. The YTA area includes the wellbeing services county of Lapland (Lapha), the wellbeing services county of Central Ostrobothnia (Soite) and the wellbeing services county of Kainuu. The procuring entity puts procurements out to tender through separate internal tendering procedures within the DPS, in which suppliers admitted to the system may participate. The contracting entity accepts all candidates who have submitted a request to participate in the system and who meet the suitability requirements set for candidates. DPS as a procurement procedure is described in more detail in the Annex "Description of the DPS procurement procedure" to the request to participate.…
