Housing support in a housing group is suitable, for example, for customers whose need for help is mainly regular and predictable. As a rule, the customer's need for assistance, the amount of assistance and the implementation period can be agreed upon in advance. Regular assistance periods may be based on the customer's weekly plan or a corresponding customer-specific period. In addition, the customer has unplanned or alarm-based visits. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the service description appended to each service provider register's internal invitation to tender. · The object of the procurement in category 3 is housing support in the client's own apartment. Housing allowance for one's own home is especially suitable for customers whose need for assistance is mainly regular and predictable. Restrictive measures can only be applied in this category and only to a person in special care.
