Istekki Oy requests requests to participate in the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), which targets technology solutions for information security services. … procurements among the candidates approved for DPS through internal competitive tendering within DPS, which may take place during the entire procurement phase of DPS. The acquisition phase of the DPS begins after the set-up phase and ends when the DPS expires. Istekki Oy may, if it so wishes, shorten or extend the duration of the dynamic purchasing system by publishing a contract notice. Istekki Oy may also increase the value of the procurement by publishing a contract notice. After the start-up phase, the DPS will be closed annually during July. In addition, Istekki Oy reserves the right to temporarily close the submission of requests to participate in the DPS during its period of validity (e.g. holiday periods). During this period, there will be no competitive tendering within the DPS.
