Within the DPS, products from the following product groups will be procured as appropriate entities: - Surgically mounted heart valves and annuloplasty rings - Vascular prostheses and places, cardiac positions - Cardiac atrioventricular closing devices - Cardiac cannulas and accessories - Beating heart cutting accessories - ECMO device universal accessories (does not include hardware-related accessories) - Other products, accessories, instruments and new innovations used in cardiac surgery The adjudicating entity reserves the right to use a store warehouse for internal competitive tendering of the dynamic purchasing system when appropriate in view of the subject matter of the procurement. If necessary, the contracting entity has the right to acquire supplies also outside the dynamic purchasing system, for example on the basis of separate tenders, direct procurements or existing contracts, within the framework of the Act on Public Contracts. The DPS shall be valid until 31 May 2034, unless it is shortened or extended by a separate notice. It is possible to use electronic auctions for internal tendering.
