What the buyer is looking for
A procuring entity shall establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of expert services in municipal engineering. During the period of validity of the dynamic purchasing system, any candidate or group of candidates interested in a procurement may submit a request to participate in the system. The DPS shall remain in force until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless suspended or modified by the DPS: N is in force. Contracts shall be put out to tender between suppliers admitted to the DPS by means of internal tenders within the DPS during the period of validity of the DPS. The acquisition phase of the DPS starts after the set-up phase on 10 August 2026 and ends with the DPS: n at the end of the period of validity. SCOPE OF THE DYNAMIC PROJECT SYSTEM The total estimated value, exclusive of VAT, of all components of the dynamic purchasing system does not exceed EUR 7 500 000. N.B.: This contract notice replaces, under the same heading, the contract notice published in Hilma and TED on 22 May 2026. A procuring entity shall also invite suppliers that have submitted a request to participate on the basis of a previous notice to resubmit a request to participate on the basis of this contract notice.
