… purchasing system is in place, specific purchases can be made in the following tender phase. New suppliers may also apply to be admitted to the system after the system has been established. Guldborgsund Municipality will continuously process applications for admission to the DIS. Applications will be processed within 10 working days, unless special circumstances apply, cf. Section 104(4) and (5) of the Public Procurement Act, after which the time limit for processing may be extended to 15 working days. If an application is rejected by Guldborgsund Municipality due to, for example, errors or the applicant does not meet the requirements for suitability, the applicant may at any time reapply for admission to the Dynamic Purchasing System. When applying for admission to the DIS, the applicant must submit the European Single Procurement Document, hereinafter referred to as the ESPD. The ESPD is a self-declaration that serves as preliminary evidence that the Applicant meets the exclusion and eligibility criteria. Applicant must use ESPD-online in EU-supply. The use of ESPD-online in EU-supply is free of charge for Applicants.
