… dynamic purchasing system is that a contract is only concluded when an award is actually made on the basis of the tenders submitted. Therefore, parties admitted to the dynamic purchasing system are not entitled to contracts. This Dynamic Purchase System was previously published on Tenderned. This concerns a new publication in connection with migration to Negometrix's Procurement Software and an extension of the Dynamic Purchasing System.
