… the dynamic purchasing system is that a contract is only concluded when an award is actually made on the basis of the tenders submitted. Therefore, parties admitted to the dynamic purchasing system are not entitled to contracts. This Dynamic Purchase System was previously published on Tenderned. This concerns an extension of the ongoing DAS, extended from 28-05-2025 to 31-12-2027.
