What the buyer is looking for

The purpose of this public tender by the Contracting Party is to award the Framework Agreement to the Tenderers who will submit a Tender and meet the Schedule of Requirements. Tendering can take place throughout the contract period. Through Mercell's messaging module, an intended Tenderer can tender. The intended effective date of the Framework Agreement is 01-03-2024.
