Capacity and expertise Procedure
Capaciteit en expertise Procedure — original title
Your path to submission
- Deadline for requests to participate: 29 November 2033 — 2599 days left. Two-stage procedure: by this deadline you submit a request to participate (proof of eligibility). Only shortlisted firms are then invited to submit a tender. The source says 00:00 on the following day, i.e. midnight at the end of this day. That is why we show this day — as in the search and the morning edition.
- You submit on TenderNed — not here and not by e-mail. ↗ Submission via TenderNed with an eHerkenning account — issuance for foreign firms can take time; apply early. Sort out account and signature first — not on submission day.
- Offer and evidence in: Dutch.
- Collect your evidence — use the eligibility analysis on this page: it lists the requirements and, for known certificates, how to get them.
What the buyer is looking for
The Procedures Department at Air Traffic Control Netherlands (LVNL) provides procedures, products and services of Air Traffic Management. The department has two executive departments: 'ATM Procedures' and 'Aeronautical Design and Information services'. The departments shall map the (procedural) architecture of the ATM system in conjunction with necessary ATM system development and training for air traffic controllers. It implements changes in the procedures through a customer-oriented change process. They do this by analysing change requests, mapping requirements, verifying laws and regulations, designing procedures, analysing the impact of changes and creating operational information for air traffic controllers. These information products are published (digitally) for internal and external use by operational stakeholders.
