… concerning identical services does not make it possible to respond satisfactorily to their specific situation, this framework agreement being, at the date of implementation of this DPS, identified under number 2025-R025. In order to guarantee the exclusivity granted to the holder of the above-mentioned framework agreement and the right of the Resah to put in place alternative solutions in accordance with the aim of completeness specific to the central purchasing body, the holder of this framework agreement cannot be a candidate for this DPS during its entire period of validity, i.e. eight (8) years, in application of the contractual stipulations that bind him to the Resah under the framework agreement concerned.
