What the buyer is looking for
The purpose of this consultation is to supply, install and connect audiovisual equipment in connection with the construction of the new administrative headquarters of Deux-Sèvres Habitat at 270 avenue de La Rochelle in Niort (79000). The services also include user training as well as a maintenance and support period. The description of the services and their technical specifications are set out in the Specific Technical Specifications (C.C.T.P.). The contract shall take effect from the date of its notification. The contractor shall have one month from the notification of the service order ordering the start of the services to supply and install the equipment. Training in the use of equipment must be completed within 15 calendar days of acceptance of the equipment installation services. The contract provides for maintenance and support services concluded for a period of 2 years from the acceptance of the equipment installation services.
