It is not an open procedure, but a publication of the call for the conclusion/accession of/to discount contracts with fixed and non-negotiable conditions for all participants. Contractual partners can become an unlimited number of entrepreneurs or groups of contractors of entrepreneurs. … date is 01.10.2025, provided that the signed contract and the required completed declarations or proofs have been received by the KBS by 05.09.2025 at the latest. In the event of later receipt, the start of the contract shall be the first of the month following the month of receipt of the formally completed contract and the required declarations or evidence by the CAB, provided that the receipt takes place by the fifth of each month; Otherwise, the first of the following month. The contracts shall terminate automatically, without the need for termination, as soon as the contractual partners for the blood glucose test strips covered by the contract have been established by means of a formal procurement procedure. The closing date for the receipt of accessions is 05.08.2027. In any case, the contracts end on 30.09.2027.
