… European Union. The term "open procedure" and the award criteria used in the context of this notice text are due to the requirements of the notice form and have no further meaning. This and the use of the medium "TED" do not imply any submission to procurement regulations, the validity of which is not obligatory by law or procurement regulations. (3) Interested companies can send the completed and signed participation documents to the e-mail address [email protected]. A contract is concluded with each company that meets the selection criteria. There is no exclusivity. The contract can be concluded at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out. Questions about the contract documents or the open house procedure should only be addressed to the e-mail address listed above. (4) The earliest start date of the contract is 01.01.2026. On this basis, the maximum duration of the contract is 48 months. (5) For technical reasons, the "date of opening of tenders" on 31.10.2029, 12:01 o'clock can only be after the expiry of the tender period 31.10.2029, 12:00 o'clock. In view of the fact that tenders may be submitted at any time until the deadline for submission of tenders expires on 31 October 2029 (participation in the contract), contrary to this indication, 25 November 2025 is a condition for the opening of tenders that are only possible in time.
