The earliest contract start date is 01.03.2026, provided that the contract and the required declarations or evidence have been received by the KBS by 28.02.2026 at the latest. The contract shall enter into force on the first day of each month following receipt by the KBS of the contract completed in accordance with the formal requirements and of the further declarations/evidence required in Annex 5, provided that receipt by the KBS is made by the last day of each month; otherwise, the contract shall enter into force on the first day of the following month. If the last day of the month does not fall on a working day, the receipt may be made up to the first working day after the last day of the month. The contract ends uniformly on 29.02.2028. In addition, the contract ends without the need for termination if KBS has selected one or more contractual partners for the association funds by means of a formal procurement procedure.
