What the buyer is looking for

The subject of the contract is the regular supply of fresh bread, pastries and other bakery products for the needs of the school canteen and for the purposes of practical teaching of a secondary vocational school with a gastronomic focus. The supply of a wide range of goods in specified volumes and time intervals is required, with an emphasis on freshness, high quality of raw materials and adherence to hygiene standards. Deliveries will be carried out daily in the morning in accordance with partial orders of the contracting authority. Transport must be provided in specialised vehicles complying with all hygiene regulations (HACCP) for food transport. The tenderer must guarantee the freshness of the goods at the time of delivery and the ability to react operatively to changes in the quantities ordered.
